What Personal Information does Mulberry House collect about you?

The information you give us: we receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving our provision of resources and communicating with you.
Automatic collection of information: we may receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we may use "cookies," as a way of temporarily storing your shopping basket contents while you shop. We also collect information on the type of browser and computer you use for statistical purposes, but this information is never linked to your personal details.
How does Mulberry House manage your data?
Customer data is collected and stored in our onsite Property Management System database. We do not share customer data with other organisations, however we occasionally use outsourced companies to process your data; these include Google and Mailchimp and therefore there is a possibility your data leaves the UK.

Guests are reminded that this is a 16th century listed building and the owners have conformed to all necessary requirements in the Disability and Discrimination Act 1995 within planning regulations. Some accommodation though is located on the 1st and 2nd Floors and therefore please state when booking that ground access is required. The main restaurant is on the ground floor, however, the Main House does not offer disabled toilets. Access to a disabled toilet is via our Mulberry Function Suite.
