Conference facilities

Mulberry House provides the choice of six different rooms with conference facilities, each with their own personality. The flexibility and variety of the rooms offers ideal conference facilities for groups or businesses.

All conference rooms offer the latest in multimedia technology or overhead projector and screen, whiteboard and flipchart. Each delegate can be supplied with bottled water, pencils, pads and table sweets. The most recent addition to our facilities is the Mulberry Suite designed to accommodate 120 delegates in a relaxed and air-conditioned environment.

The Mulberry Suite
Completed during November 2000, the Mulberry Suite was designed and constructed due to the increasing demand upon Mulberry House as a Business Conference Centre. The building was created to complement the House itself and special emphasis was placed upon the internal joinery which has successfully captured the historic nature of its surroundings.

The Mulberry Suite combines the Mulberry Room and Cedar Room and is the largest of our conference areas. Designed to easily accommodate 120 delegates in a relaxed and air-conditioned environment, it also incorporates the latest in audio/visual technology including Internet access, background music and recording facilities along with induction loop system. Microphones, either in-line or radio, tie-clip or standing can be supplied at no additional cost.

Mulberry Room
An ideal room for medium to large events, the Mulberry Room incorporates all the technical benefits of the Mulberry Suite. The room is ideally located adjacent to other areas if break-out rooms are required.

Cedar Room
The Cedar Room can be separated from the Mulberry Room to provide a smaller conference area and incorporates sound insulated oak screening.

Disabled parking is adjacent to the entrance of the Mulberry Suite..

The Library
The Library is located inside the main house on the first floor and is an original feature of the building, perfect for a small meeting of up to 10 people.

The 1st Floor Lounge
The first floor lounge is located inside the main house, accommodating groups of up to 12 that require an informal, relaxed setting. The room affords excellent views over the lake and grounds and includes TV video facility.
