Breathtaking Essex Weddings & Events Venue

Thank you to everyone at Mulberry House for making my sister and her husbands wedding so special. The venue is beautiful and the staff were super friendly and professional. They really do go above and beyond to make the experience extra special for everyone, thank you again!

A perfect wedding day Honestly where do we start. From booking our wedding to the actual wedding day Mulberry house and the whole team knew exactly what they were doing. Chloe & Nicola were so good at helping us plan & so responsive. Jo, Clare & Sammy made sure our day ran smoothly (which it did). Our day went exactly how we’d imagined. The venue is so beautiful the new renovations take this place to a whole new level. We were lucky enough to get full use out of all locations. The food is phenomenal so many people mentioned how nice their meal was. Compliments to the chef’s and kitchen staff.

We had the best day ever we want to do it all over again. Thank you so much to the whole mulberry house team. Would highly recommend this venue.

Most amazing wedding day ever Words cannot truly describe how grateful we are to Mulberry House for making our wedding the most amazing day ever.

From the very first visit to the house, we fell in love and things only got better. The planning process was completely seamless, our planner Chloe was constantly responsive and always around to answer questions, no matter how big or small. She made the whole planning process seem a breeze and at no point did we feel stressed or overwhelmed.

On to the day itself, and we have to give a very specific mention to our co ordinator Claire. When I say Claire was AMAZING, we honestly mean it. She was on the ball in the morning, making sure everything was where it needed to be and making sure that the venue was looking amazing. On a personal note, she was such a cool, calming influence which was so appreciated. This continued throughout the day, with Claire making sure not only that the day ran smoothly but also that we were looked after - making sure me and my wife had drinks, canapés and making sure we didn’t miss out on any special moments. Claire even manifested a dry wedding day for us (it looked doubtful!) and went above and beyond to give us the day of our dreams. Genuinely Claire felt completely integrated into the day and nothing was too much trouble for her. She really made it an amazing experience and we cannot thank her and her team enough. Claire was even there the following morning to greet us at breakfast and help with collecting our goods!

The House is absolutely stunning and each of the rooms (Copper Room / Garden Room and Marquee) give such a nice atmosphere. The food was honestly superb, we have got non stop comments from guests about it being the best wedding food they have ever had. We also had a cocktail hour and that was truly delicious too - went down a complete treat.

A special mention to Faz, who was not only amazing during our menu tasting weeks before, but was there on the day, introducing our speeches and hyping up our guests. Faz and his bar team then did an excellent job of serving our 200+ guests making sure everyone was watered and having a good time. Faz and his team spent the whole night dancing along with us and it added so much to our night.

We genuinely cannot thank Mulberry House enough. It’s a truly special place with a genuine desire to provide hospitality to a degree of absolutely perfection - and they totally achieved it for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys!

The best there is Wow wow wow! What can I say from the planning to the actual day, the process has been seamless. The staff at Mulberry House are the best and hardest working individuals you will ever meet. They care as much about your day as you do. The attention to details in unmatched and nothing is too much trouble.
The grounds are kept immaculate, the food is fab, the rooms are big and comfy and our wedding day was the best day. Wouldn’t change a thing.
Thank you so much to Chloe for all the meetings and getting everything set up even last minute changes.
And Clair, what an absolute superstar, a fairy godmother. She has been a dream on the day, couldn’t have done it without her.

We don’t even know where to start with Mulberry House, it was exceptional from day one. From the moment we booked, the team were incredibly professional, organised, and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble; they were happy to have as many meetings as we needed and offered great advice and tips throughout the planning process.
On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing, we could just enjoy every moment. The cocktail hour was brilliant and such a highlight for our guests, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The food was outstanding and perfectly personalised to us, and the venue and grounds were absolutely stunning.
We honestly couldn’t have imagined a better day or a better team to bring it all together. We’ll always be grateful for how effortless and special they made it all feel – a huge thank you to everyone at Mulberry House for giving us the perfect day!

Lovely venue for weddings etc. Beautiful grounds

Lovely place for weddings, beautiful location, all staff very helpful. Not ideal to access via public transport though.
